What is the method of shipping used?

All orders will be shipped via UPS standard ground transportation wherever service is available. A complete street address is necessary for delivery as UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note that UPS delivers during daytime business hours and requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the shipment, the package will be resent and an additional shipping charge will be applied.

Orders addressed to rural locations without UPS service will be shipped via an alternate carrier.

How much will shipping cost?

A shipping charge of $7 (plus applicable taxes) will be added to all orders.

When will my order arrive?

Orders generally take 5-10 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

What are my options for payment?

Payment is accepted by Visa or Mastercard. The credit card will be charged on the day that the order is placed. You will be contacted directly by phone or email if your credit card payment cannot be processed.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only able to ship orders within continental U.S. and Canada.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

Please note that all sales are final. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please email the details to virtualbookstore@musicdevelopmentprogram.org.
